Dr. Cervantes is an experienced and well-versed dentist who understands the problems and pain oral and maxillofacial issues can cause. He takes pride in practicing quality dental care while conversing with his patients in a genuine, caring manner to treat their emergency and make an individualized plan for healing and the prevention of future dental emergencies. Dr.Cervantes values people very much and his ability to listen to his patients' concerns make him a very unique and valuable health care provider you and your family can count on and trust!

Dr. Mayora loves working with children! She volunteers in school programs to help dispel the fear around dentistry. Dr. Shorey is a dedicated and knowledgeable dentist that stays up to date with new techniques that promote excellent oral healthcare. His specialties and experience are those that involve Oral & Maxillofacial pain management, reconstruction, and cosmetics. Dr. Shorey is a strong believer in taking a personalized approach with each patient. His genuine compassion and ability to connect with his patients create a trusted and caring
environment where he provides excellent and the individualized care they need.

Elle (Michelle) was born and raised here in sunny San Diego. She graduated with honors and was President of her dental hygiene class. She was also the recipient of the Colgate STAR (Student Total Achievement Recognition) award.

Elle brings over fifteen years of dental experience to the San Diego Dental Group team. Before becoming a hygienist she was an RDA, so she is well versed in all aspects of dentistry. Elle strives to ensure our patients always feel 100% informed and comfortable during their visit. To her, there is nothing more gratifying than educating and helping patients overcome their dental fears.

Elle is married with tow beautiful boys. She also has an English bulldog and a pet tortoise. When she is not working she enjoys reading, her husband’s cooking, and
cheering for her son in sports.

Esmeralda graduated from dental assistant school in 2012. She quickly became the office manager for San Diego Dental Group, she oversees all aspects of the practice, from the coordination of treatment plans for both new and existing patients to insurance billing. She has been with our office since 2016. Esmeralda is here to help our patients achieve their smile goals and give the best possible treatment options to fit their needs and budgets. She finds great satisfaction in getting to know our patients on a personal level. Esmeralda and her husband Luis have three kids, Miguel, Hailey and Joseph who keep her very busy. She spends her quality time with family and friends.

AJ has been practicing Dental Assisting for 15 years. She has been a valuable member of San Diego Dental Group since 2018; And is truly thankful for having found a great
team to work with everyday. When she is not at the office AJ spends time with her three children who keep her active, from school to playground. AJ will encourage you to ask questions and gladly help you navigate through any dental needs.

Eddie’s passion for dentistry and helping people make him a valuable member of our team. He is an enthusiastic and energetic young man who will always welcome you with a smile in his face. In the dental office, he most enjoys meeting new patients and creating great experiences for them. He likes to learn as much as he can from every patient and their dental needs to make sure he contributes to make their experience at our office a positive one.
